A deeply nourishing and immersive weekend guided by our three accomplished practitioners
Breathwork with Dr Polly McGee, Sound Bath with Dorianne Daniels and Yin yoga with Annie McGhee
Return to Stillness is an immersive 3 day retreat to bring us back into connection with our buddha nature - and each other. Combining the practices of yin yoga, meditation, sound, and breathwork, participants will be guided through a fully embodied journey from the inside out.
This small group day retreat weekend will give space for reflection, stillness, and presence
Conscious Connected Breathwork ~ Polly McGee
Unlock the power of your breath with conscious connected breathwork, a transformative practice that clears the mind, energizes the body, and deepens self-awareness. This rhythmic, intentional breathing technique helps release stored tension, reduce stress, and cultivate emotional balance. Through an immersive breathwork session, you'll experience a profound sense of clarity, connection, and renewal, accessing deeper states of consciousness and inner healing. Whether you're seeking greater focus, emotional release, or a reset for your nervous system, conscious connected breathwork is a powerful restorative tool.
Take a breath and return to stillness
SOUND BATH ~ Dorianne Daniels
Using intuitive sound as healing - sometimes mantra spontaneously arises, at other times there are no words, only soundscapes, rhythm, or toning, those who journey with me in sound may deepen their inner experience of deep relaxation.
YIN YOGA ~ Annie McGhee
Immerse yourself in the deeply nourishing practice of Yin yoga and experience a shift as mindfulness-based principles are incorporated to create a sense of calmness and reflection.
We will go deeper, with longer-held poses, and create greater stillness of the mind and more openness and flexibility of the body. The longer and passively held poses in the meditative practice of Yin yoga are the perfect counterbalance for us in our busy lives. We have an opportunity to relax and completely let go and sink deeper and soften into the poses to experience a greater sense of peace and stillness within us.
