Mindfulness Meditation - methods to enhance well being of body and mind

Every Thursday 7pm - 8.30pm This session will be ongoing throughout the year, led by experienced students, offering guided mindfulness of breath meditations,time for discussion and supper together.

It is a general drop in session suitable for all , new and old students alike. An invaluable opportunity to benefit from a group situation and add a continuity to your practice with like minded friends, new and old. Everyone is welcome.

Suggested Facility fee $10 . $5 for students and unwaged
