We live in very uncertain times. Humanity and all living things are constantly under threat and there is an urgent need to create the causes for harmony throughout the world. All of the world's major religions and humanitarian traditions teach the ethical values of tolerance, patience, loving-kindness and compassion. As these universal values are embraced and take root in the minds and hearts of more and more people, world peace will become attainable.

You will find beautiful, hand made in Tasmania, essential oil of lemongrass vegetable oil soap on CTCT bookshop table ~ a perfect gift for any occasion, with so many far reaching benefits. Available by suggested donation of $5. All proceeds are directly donated to the Maitreya Project to assist the building of the 500 ft statue representing Loving Kindness.

This is the heart project of Lama Yeshe, Lama Zopa Rinpoche and the FPMT organization.
As a result of CTCT past donations we have received a 12inch high replica of the Maitreya Statue, cast so finely in white....our wish is to have the statue gold gilded. The statue will be on display at the centre in the new year. www.maitreyaprject.org
